Our Admissions Process

Our Microschools seek to establish closely connected Christian communities with positive and effective communications between parents, teachers, and students. In order to facilitate this to the best of our ability, we utilize a 6 step admissions process. Each step should be completed with deep consideration and prayer. The steps below will give you a broad overview of our process. Once you are ready to take the next step, feel free to submit a contact form.

STEP 1: Review Information

Parents interested in pursuing a microschool education for their children should first read through the information on this website thoroughly. You should also read over and confirm your agreement with our statement of faith.

STEP 2: Submit Contact Form

Next, you can use our "Interview Request Form" to request an initial phone call from someone at our organization. We will answer any questions you might have and schedule an in-person interview.

STEP 3: Complete Interview

At the interview, you will discuss opportunities and expectations. If both parties feel like our school would be a good fit for your student, you will be given an application form and references to complete and return via postal mail.

STEP 4: Return Application

Complete your application packet and return it to us via USPS. You will also need to have a personal reference and a pastoral reference completed and returned directly to our mailing address.

STEP 5: Receive Decision

Once all the items are received by us, we will typically take 5-7 business days to prayerfully consider your application. At that point, you will receive a final decision.

STEP 6: Register & Pay

Once admitted into our microschool family, you will need to pay a non-refundable registration fee to reserve your spot. You will need to set up your payment plan at this time as well.
